Guess what...I found a third letter whereby D R Horton uneqivocally states that they will direct their attorneys to file with California's Bar. The perjurious statements already made under oath are filed with the court........

D R Horton is now back peddling and is desperate to have this third letter dismissed as hearsay....but its an admission by the defendant! D R Horton has buried itself in its own lies to state government, state courts and now Federal Court.

D R Horton has been threatening for years to file defamation suits against me. Defamation is the publication of false statements. Where the libel is clear on its face such as the imputation of criminality, it is instantly actionable. However...........truth is an absolute defense.
